We ask that all customers should read these terms and conditions before entering into a sale

All damaged items are to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. all damaged items are to be returned with or in the same packaging the item was posted in. On receipt of returned item a replacement will be posted out same or next working day. In the event of the returned item being the last one in that range a credit note will be posted out or a replacement item.

All end of line replacement items or credit notes will be emailed first for the customer to agree before item is posted. No return post fee will be refunded.

Under the Distance selling regulations 2000

All items that do not meet the customers expectation should be emailed within 7 days of receipt of delivery, notify use of the customers dissatisfaction, and item should then be returned within 14 days of payment. All returned postage cost in this case will be payed by the customer , Please remember that all items must be returned with or in the same packaging the item was posted in.

Please obtain a proof of postage as Ashley interiors cannot be held responsible for non receipt of returns.
